25 Sept 2017. Stuff. Mistaken identity behind Marcus Luke Tucker's, age 36, murder, Crown allege. Peter John Carroll tried for murder in Christchurch. Someone nicknamed 'ruckus' did a robbery. That was Tucker's nickname too. But he didnt do the robbery. On 24 April 2016 in Bishopdale he was bashed to death, burned body, wrists and ankles tied, found wrapped in carpet in a drain near Lake Ellesmere the next day.
